Commercial Cleaning Checklist
The SACS Notebook
We’ve created a proprietary guide, called The SACS Notebook, that sets the standard for cleaning expectations and customer satisfaction. It details room-by-room the services you’ll receive, so you know what will be done, and that it will be done right. Of course, we know nobody’s perfect. But this makes it easy to come close.
Here’s what you can expect to see in your personalized cleaning services.
Descriptions of services available
Performance standards and specifications
SACS and client contact information
Crew identification (names, contacts, site non-disclosure agreements)
Forms to communication cleaning needs to SACS
MSDS for all cleaning supplies
Safety, security and emergency procedures
Quality control checklist

We hire the best people.
Anyone can have shiny trucks and pressed uniforms. But it’s the people who make a company. So we work hard to make sure we hire the best available employees. (Of course we have the shiny trucks and pressed uniforms, too.)
Here’s how we make sure we have the best employees for the job.
Hire right: based on personality, skills, background, location to job, W-2 based
Provide incentives: profit-sharing, based on client satisfaction
Train right: through written procedures, job skills and standards and client interaction
Match right: find the right fit between between the employee, client and environment
The right training & quality control.
Even great people need training. So we make sure all of our team members are aware of expected performance standards and client-specific information—and receive the correct training to make sure they meet them continually.
Here’s how we ensure quality.
Operations manual: with periodic review, revisions and training on content
Communications: styles for different situations, conflict avoidance/resolution, communication notices
Appearance: employees must meet SACS standards and client expectations
Quality control: written procedures, standard purchases, check sheets, etc.
Management review: unscheduled facility reviews, scheduled client feedback sessions
Safety: badges, access control, key/code management, non-authorized areas
Cleaning techniques: spot removal, hazardous materials avoidance and notification
"Sally is the lead of the cleaning crew for the new office and manufacturing area. Sutton’s Advanced Cleaning Services cleaned up all the construction mess and kept the old office area very clean during construction. Great job. Sally is very dependable and leaves notes if she needs something - just like the notebook says they do. Definitely recommend."
